Salut d’Amour, Op. 12 (guitar, viola, & cello arrangement)

Edward Elgar’s iconic piece, Salut d’Amour, was originally written for violin and piano. This arrangement allows any skilled guitarist to accompany a viola and cello. A wonderful instrumentation which is often overlooked. This arrangement works wonderfully as an encore piece following Paganini’s Terzetto Concertante in D major, MS 114 (Op. 68), which features the exact same, unique chamber instrumentation.
